CHURCH COMMITTEES

There are numerous ways to serve the Lord through various committees in our church and Holy Innocents has 3 Committees:

*  PPC: (Parish Pastoral Council)
Withinh eah parish, the Parish Pastoral Council is the consultative body which fosters the full participation of the entire parish in the life and mission of the Church. One of the chief ways that a Pastoral Council function is through pastoral planning.

*  FUND RAISING COMMITTEE:
The FUND RAISING Committee is a group of volunteer parishioners who work together to raise funds for the parish. Membership is opened to all parishioners. They sponsor different events such as; Flea Market, Dances, Concerts, coffe and donuts sell after mass, etc.. to help the parish meet its financial obligations. They accept suggestions and donations from all generous people to run a successful activity. The chair of this committee is Mr. Stanley ZADROZNY.

*  FINANCING COMMITTEE:
The FINANCE Committee is a group of parishioners chosen by the Pastor to advise him on the finance of the parish. They meet regularly to discuss the finances of the parish. They meet with the Pastor to make the Parish budget. The Committee is has seven to ten (7 to 10) members with a chairperson who calls meetings once a month eccept on July and August. They also meet when there is an emergency to help the pastor make a quick decision on pressing financial matters. The chair of this committee is Ms. Linda HENRY
